Concerned with Facebook's increasingly abusive privacy terms, I decided to vote with my feet and delete my account. If only it were that simple.
The last six years have been a tale of chronic ill-health resulting in varying degrees of incapacity. January/February 2007 was pretty much the nadir of all of this - scarcely able to get out of a chair or work more than 2-3 hours per week. This article is a story of hope - how things have improved since then and what I have done to aid those improvements. A good doctor, weight training and life management have been three of the key factors in getting where I am today.
